The conference will be organized into 3 phases:
- 19th-24th September: Pre-conference excursion
- 25th-27th September: Conference presentation
- 28th-29th September: Post-conference excursion

Conference registration and information(Qingdao)
Post?conference excursion will register together with the conference registration in Lobby of Huanghai (Yellow Sea) Hotel, Qingdao, on September 24, 2008.
Participants of post?conference excursion will leave Qingdao for Tianjin by train in the afternoon 27th September 2008 (D56 leaving at 17:21pm). Tickets will be booked by the organizers and group transportation from hotel to train station will be organized.
Participants of post?conference excursion who also wish to joint the sightseeing to Laoshan Mountain in the afternoon 27th September, will be organized into a specialized tourist group and directly transport to railway station without stop at the hotel after Laoshan. So you should check out the hotel after lunch and take all your luggage with you.

Guidelines for presentations
- Oral presentation
The Conference will provide facilities for presentation (computers, projectors, etc.). Participants should bring their presentations on Windows compatible format PPT, either on CD or on memory stick. Speakers should submit their presentation materials half day earlier than their presentations.
- Poster
The poster size of A0 = 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height) is recommended, or it should not be larger than 900mm (width) x 1200 mm (height).

The conference arrange 9th floor conference room of Huanghai hotel from 25th-27th morning as meeting point, internet connection is available there.
