Conference Registration fees
Early registration (before 30th June, 2008): US$300 per participant
Late registration (after 30th June 2008): US$350 per participant
*** Half price for students and accompany

Field Trip Registration fees
Pre-conference field trip: US$ 400 per participant
Post-conference field trip: US$ 320 per participant

Notes:
Conference Registration fees include ice-breaker, receiving banquet, lunches, poster session drinks during the meeting.
 Field trip fees include accommodation expenses during the trip (two people share one twin beds room, single room plus US$30 per day), 3 meals per day and transportation expenses.

All payments should be marked "Tidalites-2008" and your name.
Payment should be made by credit card or through bank transfer. Please scan your transfer record copy and send to pingyin@fio.org.cn as email attachment. We will send you a response email after bank confirmation.
In-situ payment will be made in cash upon arrival at Shanghai for pre-conference field trip and Qingdao for conference registration and post-conference trip.

Cancellations 
Cancellations received in writing by July 30, 2008 will be refunded in full, less an administration cost of 50 US$. Between August 1-31, full refund less 100 US$ cancellation fee. After September 1, refunds will not be possible
